the new pepsi site has created some issues for a lot of our voters...so, if you've had any problems in the first few days, we've tried to provide some tips below.

in order to vote on the refresh everything website, you'll need to start by creating a profile on the refresh everything website. you can do that by clicking here and then clicking "join refresh everything".

create a profile with pepsi??? i don't want to do that! i know...we generally don't like creating new profiles either, especially with corporations and marketing schemes. but here's the thing. it's the only way to help us win a lot of money. and you can also choose not to receive any emails from pepsi or any other marketing groups.

i have been a voter before but when i try to login, it says it doesn't recognize my password...but when i try to create a profile, it says i'm already in the system! yup, this is a technical problem on the site right now. we're doing our best to try and get pepsi to fix it but we could also use your help! shoot them an email PepsiRefresh@young-america.com and let them the problem you're having and then help take care of your issue (and hopefully it will help pressure them to fix the glitch!).

why is it so hard to type in the security word when i try to login? we hear this a lot and it's pain. pepsi is very worried about groups that try to cheat...people have created automated scripts that thousands of fake votes and in order to make sure that doesn't happen, they make the security words really tough to read. one thing we've found is that you don't have to get it 100% perfect...even if you can't make out all the letters, type as many as you can and you can usually get through.

once you've created your profile, you then need to go to the all the groups that we're supporting. don't spend any time searching the site for them...we'll send you a link to the five groups you should vote for each morning.

then, each morning, all you have to do is login to the refresh everything website and then go back to the email and click on each of the group links.

what happened to the single link you used to send out before? unfortunately, pepsi changed the site for 2011 and we can't send out a single link anymore. it makes voting a little bit tougher but we're hoping that our supporters are willing to stick with us and keep helping us win! we'll keep trying to reach out to pepsi to see if they can create an easier process for everyone but in the meantime, we're still gonna give it our best shot!

you can also vote by sending in a text message to pepsi at 73774. just include the text vote number for the group you want to vote for. we'll include a recommendation and instructions on who to vote for each morning in your daily reminder.

i don't know how to text! we know...not everyone has the ability to vote this way and that's totally ok. but if you do have a cell phone and can text, this is a great way to double the number of votes you can send in each day!
